Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary cooperative management model on demoralization syndrome, hope level and social support in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 122 breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in the day ward of the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary cooperative management mode. The dejection scale, hope level and social support score were assessed before and three months after intervention. Results The scores of the scores of meaninglessness, emotional upset, frustration, helplessness and failure in the two groups after intervention were lower than before, and in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The positive attitude, positive action and intimate relationship scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than before, and the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The subjective support, objective support and social support utilization score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative management model can effectively alleviate the deja syndrome of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, improve the level of social support and hope of patients, and has good intervention effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
