Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory on nursing satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer in Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were divided into conventional nursing group and evidence-based nursing group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional nursing group was given conventional oral nursing intervention, the evidence-based theory group was given oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory. The degree of oral ulcer, clinical curative effects, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results After nursing intervention, the oral ulcer degree of the evidence-based nursing group was significantly better than conventional nursing group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total nursing effective rate of evidence-based nursing group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of conventional nursing group (62.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of health education, service attitude and initiative, love and communication scores and nursing satisfaction total score of nursing satisfaction rating scale in evidence-based nursing group were significantly higher than those of conventional nursing group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Oral nursing intervention based on evidence-based theory is more effective than conventional oral nursing intervention on improving the nursing satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy oral ulcer, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
