摘要 转录激活子4(ATF4)属于ATF/CREB家族,在缺氧、氨基酸缺失、氧化应激和内质网应激等应激反应中发挥重要作用。在多数肿瘤中ATF4表达上调,并能增强肿瘤的缺氧耐受和促进肿瘤的生长及血管生成因子的表达,进而参与调节肿瘤发生发展的相关过程。因此,ATF4可能成为肿瘤治疗领域中的潜在新靶点。本文通过复习相关文献对ATF4基因在肿瘤研究中的相关进展进行综述。

Abstract :Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) belongs to the ATF/CREB family and plays an important role in stress responses such as hypoxia, amino acid deletion, oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress. In most tumors, the expression of ATF4 is up-regulated, and it can enhance the hypoxia tolerance of tumors and promote the expression of tumor growth and angiogenic factors, and then participate in the process of regulating the development of tumor. Therefore, ATF4 may be a potential new target in the field of tumor therapy. This paper reviewed the related advances of ATF4 gene in tumor research.
