Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the components of stones analysis and urine physicochemical properties detection-based nursing measures on patients with urinary stones. Methods A total of 300 patients with urinary stones diagnosed and treated in the Department of Urology, the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group, the stones analysis group and the stones analysis with 24 h urine physicochemical analysis group according to the random number table, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the stones analysis group was applied the corresponding individualized nursing intervention on the results of the composition analysis of infrared spectrum stones on the based of routine nursing, and the stones analysis with 24 h urine physicochemical analysis group was applied the analysis of the stone components and 24 h urine physicochemical properties detection. The recurrence rate, the recurrence time of urinary tract stones, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared among the three groups. Results The recurrence rate in the control group were much higher than those of the stones analysis group and the stones analysis with 24 h urine physicochemical analysis group, the recurrence time in the control group were shorter than those of the other two groups, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05), but with no statistically significant differences between the stones analysis group and the stones analysis with 24 h urine physicochemical analysis group (P > 0.05). The nursing satisfactory and the life of quality in the two groups were all higher than those of control group, and those in the stones analysis with 24 h urine physicochemical analysis group were all higher than those of stones analysis group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion According to the analysis results of infrared spectrophotometry and 24 h urine physicochemical properties detection, the implementation of individualized nursing intervention in patients with urinary tract stones can not only reduce the recurrence rate, extending the recurrence time, but also can improve patients′ nursing satisfaction and promote their life quality. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
