Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of Phacoemulsification for cataract with high myopia combined with cooperation procedures for intraocular lens implantation. Methods Forty cases patients with high myopia and cataract surgeries (40 eyes) in the department of Ophthalmology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Ji′nan University whose operation were performed by the same surgeon doctor from February 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table, with 20 cases patients (20 eyes) in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine operation and procedure nursing care; while the patients in experimental group were treated with routine operation and improved operation. The improvement of intraoperative distention and pain, the time of operation, the incidence of corneal edema after operation, doctor and patient satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of intraoperative distention and pain, the time of operation, the incidence of corneal edema after operation, doctor and patient satisfaction of the patients in experimental group were significantly better than control group, the difference had statistical significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion To improve the operation coordination rules can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative complications, improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
