Reform study of multi-professioned license of department of Dermatology specialist

Abstract:The number of patients from dermatology outpatient increases year by year and newly-recruited doctors rises slowly, the total number of dermatology outpatient doctors is obviously smaller. The PEST analysis model is used in this article to demonstrate the feasibility of multi-professioned lisence of department of dermatology specialists, analyze and break the law barrier and problem of promotion during the multi-professioned lisence in the department of dermatology specialist. The skin specialist hospital is taken as the pilot project to improve the management model of specialists’ scope of practice, change the laws of and broaden the practicing scope,which can change the single into multi-profession and make doctors equipped with many kinds of special skills to adjust themselves to the social development, promote their clinical practice ability and strengthen the efficiency of using medical resource. It also provides theoretical basis for the promotion of professional practice in dermatology hospitals and other specialized hospitals.
