Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of emotion disorders during assisted reproductive treatment in elderly women with non tubal infertility. Methods The clinical data of 150 cases of elderly non-tubal infertile women and given the assisted reproductive treatment in the Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from October 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The negative emotions were evaluated according to self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). According to the results, the patients were divided into the normal group and the emotional disorders group. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed, and the influencing factors for their emotional disorders were explored. Results Among the 150 patients, there were 94 cases with mood disorders and 56 cases with normal mood. Univariate analysis showed that the proportions of gynecological inflammation, venereal diseases and unemployed status were 82.9%, 14.8% and 58.3% respectively in the emotional disorders group, which were significantly higher than those in the normal group with 67.9%, 3.5% and 75.0%, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). And there were significant differences in the proportions of economic source from male, female and the combined male and female between the emotional disorders group and the normal group [(56.4%, 39.4%, 4.2%) vs (48.2%, 25%, 26.8%)] (P < 0.05). The incidence rates of irregular menstruation, menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea were 79.8%, 71.3% and 90.4% in the emotional disorders group, which were significantly higher than those in the normal group with 62.5%, 60.7% and 75.0%, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rates were 5.3% and 4.3% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the normal group with 16.1% and 14.3%, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that gynecological inflammation, economic sources, occupational status, biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy were risk factors for emotional disorders in elderly women with non tubal infertility (P < 0.05). Conclusion Emotional disorders are prone to occur during assisted reproductive treatment in elderly women with non tubal infertility, and the physiological conditions, gynecological inflammation and economic incomes are the inducing factors for negative emotion, and precautions should be taken in providing assisted reproductive services.
