Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted all-round nursing intervention in phototherapy of children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods From March 2020 to March 2021, 80 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Anhui Taihe People’s Hospital were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given targeted comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, all nursing for one week. The clinical effect, neurological dysfunction, comfort improvement, and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared after nursing. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the jaundice receding time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); after nursing, the scores of the children’s version of the event impact scale and bilirubine-induced neurological dysfunction of the two groups were lower than those of before nursing, and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of family members of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the efficacy and comfort of phototherapy for neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, relieve pain and neurological dysfunction, and improve the satisfaction of children’s families.
