Abstract:Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is the most common complication in patients with lung cancer. The mechanism of its occurrence is unclear. Especially in lung cancer patients after chemotherapy, CRF is more obvious. Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound and comprehensive understanding of lung cancer with CRF. On the etiology and pathogenesis, lung cancer with CRF is manifestation cause of the mutual combination of phlegm, blood stasis, cancer and toxin, and root cause of deficiency of qi, blood and yin and yang. In treatment, invigorating qi, nourishing blood, nourishing yin, warming yang to cure the root cause, resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation, strengthening the body and detoxifying to cure the symptoms, and combining the characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, such as traditional Chinese medicine injections, acupuncture and moxibustion, acupoint application. Through improving the immunity of patient, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, improving bone marrow suppression and other aspect to reduce the symptoms of CRF in patients with lung cancer and improving the quality of life of patients.
