Abstract:Objective To analyzed the characteristic of chronic heart failure animal model based on data mining. Methods With “chronic heart failure” and “animal model” as the theme, the experimental literature on chronic heart failure were retrieved CNKI, Wanfang Database, and VIP Database from January 2011 to December 2021, and PubMed and SinoMed from January 2017 to April 2022. Animal species, modeling methods, positive medicine, and experimental observation indexs were summarized and analyzed in the literatures. Results A total of 201 valid literatures were screened. SD rats, Wistar rats, and C57BL/6 mice were mostly used for chronic heart failure modeling, male animals were used to model chronic heart failure; surgical methods such as ligation of the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery were used; Captopril was used as positive drug; the experimental indexes focus on serum biochemical indexes, inflammatory indexes, histopathological detection, cardiac function and structure, and hemodynamic indexes, etc. Conclusion At present, the success criteria, success rate, and mortality of chronic heart failure model are rarely mentioned, and most experimental tests tend to evaluate the treatment methods by serum biochemical indicators, inflammatory factors, and myocardial fibrosis indicators. It may be a new idea to establish an animal model reflecting the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in chronic heart failure, and to increase the experimental design related to metabolomics and exosomes of integrated of traditional and western medicine.
