Abstract:Resilience governance is an important part of the emergency management of modern hospitals responding to sudden disasters. Combined with the resilience response time and functional recovery of hospitals, the key problems faced by hospitals under the impact of sudden disasters were analyzed. Those problems were the imperfect hospital management system and emergency plan, the insufficient hospital emergency team and funds and materials, and the unreasonable layout of hospital building facilities and equipment. Furthermore, five dimensions of modern hospital resilience governance framework are proposed, which are the unified leadership and coordination management mechanism, building mechanism for disaster emergency response team, material reserve and capital investment mechanism, emergency facilities and equipment guarantee mechanism, intelligent information monitoring, and early warning mechanism. Under the role of resilience governance, hospitals are encouraged to quickly recover and maintain their functions, and ensure the normal development of medical services.
