Abstract：Objective To explore the drug law of treating bone injury in “Buyao of the Wounded Department”. Methods The internal and external prescriptions for the treatment of injuries were sorted out, and the meridian normalization and efficacy of the drugs were summarized by referring to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and traditional Chinese medicine. SPSS Modeler 14.1 was used for complex network diagram display and association rule analysis. Results A total of 95 prescriptions for internal administration and 35 for external use were involved. There were 24 traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of ≥10 times for internal administration; 16 tastes of external drugs ≥five times; for internal and external use, most drugs were warm, mainly sweet, bitter, and sweet. Return to the meridian to see more heart, liver; the main effect was to promote blood stasis and tonify deficiency. Association rules showed that 13 groups of internal core drugs such as Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and five groups of external core drugs such as Olibanum and Myrrha. Cluster analysis included four types of drugs for internal use and three types of drugs for external use. Conclusion The book takes promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying qi and blood, collecting soreness and generating muscle as the main ideas, and uses internal medicines such as Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong as well as external medicines such as Olibanum and Myrrha to treat orthopedic diseases, providing certain references for clinical treatment of orthopedic diseases.
