Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy on patients undergoing percutaneous coronary stenting. Methods A total of 65 patients underwent percutaneous coronary stenting in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the observation group (33 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine psychological nursing and education, and the observation group received AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy. The psychological flexibility level, anxiety and depression level, and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before intervention and six weeks after intervention. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events at six months after intervention was recorded in both groups. Results After intervention, the scores of the acceptance and action questionnaire, the total score of the hospital anxiety and depression scale, and the scores of the anxiety subscale and the depression subscale were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The daily living ability, disease knowledge, compliance behavior, first aid knowledge, emotion management scores, and total score of self-management ability in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events after six months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy can improve the psychological flexibility of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary stenting, reduce their anxiety and depression, improve their self-management ability, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
