Exploration and research on project management reform of medical research institutions under the new situation

Abstract：Research management plays a vital role in the implementation of research projects, and directly affects the sustainable development of medical innovation research. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the project management of medical scientific research institutions in resource allocation, project evaluation and process management, and finds that the main reasons are the disunity between the concept and responsibility of scientific research management and the lack of effective stimulation of the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel. By referring to the effective experience and practice of scientific research management at home and abroad, the management countermeasures were put forward from the establishment of fund support mechanism, the implementation of scientific research organization mechanism, the implementation of refined project management mode and the capacity building of scientific research management personnel, so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of medical research management system reform.
