Abstract:Interdisciplinary postgraduate training model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine education is an important part of training high-level medical talents. Because of the students diversity, single training mode, and lack of training experience, traditional Chinese and Western medicine postgraduate training mode has been unable to meet the current needs. This paper discusses from three aspects of student training, tutor system and school interdisciplinary mode, aiming at exploring diversified, personalized, and internationalized training model for interdisciplinary postgraduate students of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
