Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Bromocriptine Mesylate combined with Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction on non-lactation mastitis. Methods A total of 62 non-lactation mastitis patients admitted to Changzhou Wujin People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province, from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects, the subjects were random drawing into control group (Bromocriptine Mesylate was used for treatment) and study group (Bromoyinting Mesylate combined with Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction was used for treatment), with 31 cases in each group. The efficacy was evaluated after three weeks of continuous treatment. The time when the symptoms disappeared and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results After three weeks of treatment, There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two group (P > 0.05). The regression time of breast pain, breast redness and pus in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in both groups were decreased, and the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups during treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Bromoyinting Mesylate combined with Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction can speed up the improvement of symptoms, relieve inflammatory response, improve the efficacy and safety.
