Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative nursing under cross transtheoretical model (TTM) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI in the Third Clinical Medical College of China Three Gorges University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing and the study group was given collaborative nursing under TTM. After three months, self-management ability, health behavior, postoperative bleeding, and the occurrence of negative events were compared between the two groups. Results After three months of follow-up, the scores of health promotion lifestyle profile Ⅱ and self-care ability scale in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the research group was higher than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of internal bleeding events and negative events in the research group was lower than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Collaborative nursing under TTM can improve the self-management ability of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, improve their health behaviors, and help reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and negative events.
