Abstract:This paper makes a profound analysis of three main problems in the current assessment and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training, one is the lack of stage assessment in the training process, the other is the incomplete evaluation system of some practical teaching links, and the third is the lack of feedback after assessment and evaluation. Aiming at the existing problems in medical specialties in medical colleges and schools (undergraduate) proficiency test as an example, the paper discusses evaluation personnel training mode reform train of thought of Chinese medicine and effective path, renews the idea of education evaluation, evaluats mode innovation, strengthens the education loop, assisted with the development of Chinese medicine thinking orientation of talent training mode reform and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
