Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of dynamic electrocardiogram ST segment and T wave changes combined with coronary CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected CHD who were diagnosed and treated in Anqing First People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram, coronary CTA, and coronary angiography. The results of coronary angiography were used as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy and consistency of dynamic electrocardiogram, coronary CTA, and their combination in detecting CHD were compared. Results A total of 69 (86.25%) of 80 suspected CHD patients were positive. The accuracy rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosing CHD was 67.50%, and the Kappa value was 0.520, the consistency was ideal; the accuracy rate of coronary CTA in diagnosing CHD was 81.25%, and the Kappa value was 0.768, the consistency was good; the accuracy of combined diagnosis of CHD was 92.50%, and the Kappa value was 0.918, the consistency was good. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram ST segment and T wave changes combined with coronary CTA have higher value in the diagnosis of CHD.
