Abstract：Objective To explore influencing factor of urinary sepsis in patients undergoing retrograde intrarenal surgery under flexible ureteroscope. Methods A total of 400 ureteral calculi patients in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as objects, they were divided into non-occurrence group (310 cases), occurrence group (90 cases) by complicating urinary sepsis or not. The sex, age, hypertension, body mass index, triglyceride, high density liptein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, operation time, calculi number, diameter, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin of patients were compared. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of urinary sepsis in patients after flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Results There were significant differences in age, gender, number of stones, stone diameter, operation time, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, C-reactive protein, and procalcitonin between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05). Multiple stones, stone diameter ≥20 mm, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, C-reactive protein, and procalcitonin were the influencing factors of urinary sepsis after flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy (OR ＞ 1, P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The multiple calculi, calculi diameter ≥20 mm, serum creatinine abnormity, blood urea nitrogen abnormity, C-reactive protein abnormity, procalcitonin abnormity of patients were influencing factors of urinary sepsis, actively intervention has positive significance in reducing postoperative complications of urinary sepsis.
