[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of taiyang point venous blood draw combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchí and fēngfǔ points in the treatment of angioneurotic headache with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals type. Methods A total of 120 patients with angioneurotic headache with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals type in Sanhe Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group one, control group two and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Control group one was treated with oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with taiyang point venous blood draw, control group two was treated with oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchí and fēngfǔ points, the treatment group was treated with taiyang point venous blood draw combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchí and fēngfǔ points on the basis of oral administration of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. The levels of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), C-reactive protein (CRP), homocysteine (Hcy) and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the CGRP levels of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the CGRP level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group one and the control group two, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of Hcy and CRP of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of Hcy and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in control group one and control group two, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was better than that in the control group one and the control group two, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of taiyang point venous blood draw combined with micro fire needle acupuncture at fēngchí and fēngfǔ points in the treatment of angioneurotic headache with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals type is significant, which can alleviate the symptoms of angioneurotic headache in patients.
