Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of graded nursing mode on rehabilitation effect and discharge readiness after lung transplantation under sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score. Methods A total of 90 lung transplant patients were selected from Wuxi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to May 2021, they were divided into control group and observation group according to odd or even order of admission, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was in routine nursing mode, and the observation group was in graded nursing mode under SOFA score. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups; lung function indexes and discharge readiness were compared before and after four weeks of nursing. Results The incidence of total complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05); after four weeks of nursing, total lung capacity, forced expiratory volume, and cardiac function indexes of forced expiratory volume in the first second in both groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of discharge readiness scale in both groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The graded nursing mode under SOFA score was applied to patients after lung transplantation to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery of lung function, and improve the patient’s discharge readiness.
