Effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on negative emotion, knowledge mastery and self-efficacy in patients with postherpetic neuralgia#br#

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on negative emotions, knowledge mastery and self-efficacy in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Eighty patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Department of Dermatology Xijing Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on this basis. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), general self-efficacy scale (GSES), knowledge mastery and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention, and GSES scores were higher than before intervention, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than control group, and GSES scores were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The situation of knowledge mastery in observation group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients with postherpetic neuralgia, improve their knowledge mastery and gain higher recognition from patients, which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
