Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented clinical nursing path in patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods A total of 134 patients with acute cholecystitis treated in the Affiliated Huaian NO.1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to February 2021. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing pathway based on goal-orientation. Adverse reactions, total incidence of complications, negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions and complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). One week after nursing, scores of generalized anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7) and patient health questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of Newcastle service nursing satisfaction scale (NSNS) and generic quality of life inventory-74 (GQOL-74) in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of NSNS and GQOL-74 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In acute cholecystitis patients, the application of clinical nursing path based on goal guidance can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and complications, relieve the adverse psychological mood of patients, and improve the quality of life.
