Abstract：The infection rate of high-risk human papilloma virus is increasing year by year, and its occult and recurrent nature increases the incidence of cervical cancer, which needs to be focused on prevention and treatment. Therefore, the concept of “preventive treatment of disease” of traditional Chinese medicine is applied to this disease. According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease as the basis of vital qi deficiency, with dampness, stasis, and toxin pathogen as the targets, intervention is carried out in three stages: preventing before disease onset, preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing recurrence of the disease. Focus on intervention when it does not occur, from adjusting life, changing the way; get rid of inducement (dampness, stasis, toxin), prevent recurrence of the disease; clear constitution, slow and adjust the three aspects to prevent it from germination, at the same time pay attention to the prevention of the disease from exacerbating and the prevention of the recurrence of the disease, reach vital qi excessiveness and pathogen removal, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer, in order to enrich and improve the clinical treatment ideas.
