基于医教研协同的中医骨伤科学专业研究生培养的思考和建议

摘要随着健康中国和人才强国战略的推进，以及《中医药发展战略规划纲要》和《中医药健康服务发展规划》的实施，中医骨伤科学专业研究生教育迎来了传承创新发展的新机遇。笔者在实际研究生教学管理中，对目前中医骨伤专业研究生教育存在的问题多有思考，针对新时代背景下社会对中医骨伤人才培养的新需求，提出了在医教研协同路径下构建学生的中医思维，塑造人文精神，加强师承教育，创新教学模式，提升学术科研成果产出等相应的建议，以期在新时代对中医骨伤科学专业研究生的培养有新的思路和启发。

Abstract：With the promotion of healthy China and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, as well as the implementation of Outline of Strategic Planning for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Development Plan for Health Services of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the postgraduate education of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine has ushered in a new opportunity of inheritance and innovation. The author in the actual postgraduates teaching management, the author thinks about the problems existing in the current education of postgraduates majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine. In view of the new needs of the society for the cultivation of talents majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era, the author proposes to construct students’ thinking of traditional Chinese medicine under the cooperation mode of medical teaching and research, shape the humanistic spirit, strengthen the education of teachers, innovate the teaching mode, and enhance the output of academic research achievements. The corresponding suggestions are expected to have new ideas and inspiration for the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.
