中山地区中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎经验探讨

摘要本文通过对广东省中山地区66例确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的症状、舌脉、治则治法、中药处方进行梳理分析，总结出中山地区新型冠状病毒肺炎中医属湿温病范畴，病因多为湿温之邪侵袭肺脾，治疗上通过辨证论治，运用符合中山特色的协定方，配合岭南特色中草药的加减，大大提高同期治愈率及危重症救治成功率。同时运用特色预防方，积极开展治未病，进一步发挥中医药在疫情防控中的作用，具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the symptoms, tongue veins, therapeutic principle and methods and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine of 66 cases of coronavirus disease 2019 diagnosed in Zhongshan area of Guangdong Province, this paper concludes that coronavirus disease 2019 in Zhongshan area belongs to the category of damp warm disease in Chinese medicine. Most of the causes are the invasion of the lungs and spleen by dampness and warmness pathogen. The treatment is based on syndrome differentiation. The cure rate and the success rate of critical disease treatment in the same period can be greatly improved by using the agreement formula with Zhongshan characteristics and the addition and subtraction of Lingnan characteristic Chinese herbal medicine. At the same time, it has certain reference significance to use the characteristic prevention prescription, actively carry out the preventive treatment of disease, and further play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the epidemic prevention and control.
