Abstract：With the development and innovation of akupotomye treatment, many new akupotomye treatments have emerged one after another, which have achieved remarkable results in improving the efficacy of akupotomye and reducing adverse reactions. By searching Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data and PubMed, this paper reviews the clinical research on akupotomye in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis in recent years. Clinical akupotomye treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is mostly combined therapy, and the emergence of new akupotomye tools, such as super-micro akupotomye, water akupotomye, embedding akupotomye, etc. In this paper, the characteristics and clinical application of different akupotomye treatment are summarized and analyzed, so as to provide reference for the future research and development direction of akupotomye in the treatment of chronic strain diseases such as external humeral epicondylitis.
