Abstract：Objective To explore the effect and safety of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of female genital tract Ureaplasma ureaplasma infection. Methods A total of 110 female patients with Ureaplasma urealyticum infection admitted to Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. Control group was treated with Doxycycline, and observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, Ureaplasma urealyticum conversion rate, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, adverse reactions and the total recurrence rate of 3 months follow-up were compared between two groups. Results The total clinical efficacy rate and Ureaplasma urealyticum conversion rate of observation group were higher than those of control group，and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment，and observation group was lower than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions and the total recurrence rate of 3 months follow-up in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Longdan Xiegan Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of female genital tract Ureaplasma urealyticum infection without increasing adverse reactions, and reduce the recurrence rate during follow-up.
