Abstract:With the increasing pressure of life, the prevalence of non-puerperal mastitis in women is increasing. How to effectively diagnose and treat this disease situation is urgent. At present, clinical experience has confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine is the most effective way to treat non-puerperal mastitis. However, Chinese medicine and western medicine are two relatively independent diagnosis and treatment systems, and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly ancient traditional philosophical thought, which is different from the modernization of western medicine, resulting in the inability to popularize the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in western medicine hospitals. Therefore, if traditional Chinese medicine factors are applied to the diagnosis and treatment of western medicine systems for multi-omics combination, it is expected to solve this problem. As one of the objective indicators in traditional Chinese medicine theory, traditional Chinese medicine tongue elephant is relatively intuitive and clear, and is expected to become one of the factors in the diagnosis of non-puerperal mastitis by combining Chinese medicine and western medicine. This article mainly discusses the research progress of clinical symptomatology, ultrasound imaging, and Chinese medicine tongue imaging in non-puerperal mastitis, and combines the development process of artificial intelligence disease diagnosis to form a precision system of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for multiomics joint diagnosis of this disease, which is expected to promote the homogeneous promotion of this technology in western medicine hospitals and grassroots hospitals.
