Professor Yang Wei’s experience in treating perianal eczema with dampness-heat diffusing downward type based on dispelling evil and regulating viscera method

Abstract：Perianal eczema is one of the common diseases of anorectal diseases. It is a disease of allergic and anaphylactic reactions caused by a variety of factors in perianal skin. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of western medicine are not clear, and the disease cannot be effectively eradicated and the treatment is difficult. With many years of clinical experience, Professor Yang Wei put forward the method of dispelling evil and regulating viscera method with “dampness toxicity” and “heat toxicity” as external causes and five viscera disorders as internal causes. That is, to clear heat and dry dampness, cool blood detoxicating and removing external evil, internal regulation of the five viscera as the treatment principle, to agreement Perirectal Eczema Prescription, combined with Fuzhiqing Ointment external application, with prevention and nursing education, in order to give full play to the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, prevention before disease onset characteristics. Remarkable clinical effect is obtained, and typical medical records are attached to elaborate the experience of diagnosis and treatment.
