Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of the recurrence of multiple uterine myomectomy in women of childbearing age, and to construct the risk prediction model of nomogram. Methods The medical records of 140 patients undergoing multiple uterine myomectomy treated in Chuzhou First People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from October 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into recurrence group (42 cases) and non-recurrence group (98 cases) according to whether there was recurrence after surgery. The influencing factors of the recurrence of multiple uterine myomectomy in women of childbearing age were analyzed; nomogram model was established and receiver operating characteristic curve to confirm the prediction efficiency evaluation was drawn. Results There were significant differences in age, menarche age, uterine fibroids number, and postoperative pregnancy between two groups (P<0.05). Age, menarche age, uterine fibroids number, and postoperative pregnancy were the influencing factors of the recurrence of multiple uterine myomectomy in women of childbearing age (P<0.05). Internal verification of Bootstrap method showed that C-index was 0.749 (95%CI: 0.693-0.835). The area under the curve predicted by the nomogram model for recurrence of multiple uterine myomectomy in women of childbearing age was 0.827. Conclusion The recurrence of multiple uterus myomectomy in women of childbearing age may be related to age, menorrhagia age, hysteromyoma number, and postoperative pregnancy. Establishing a nomogram model is effective in predicting the recurrence of multiple uterus myomectomy.
