Effect of Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing on unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing on unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 122 patients with unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting treated in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group (61 cases with oral conventional western medicine) and the experimental group (61 cases with Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing treatment on the basis of the control group) by random number table method. Seven days for one course of treatment, both groups were treated for four courses. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, clinical efficacy, coronary hemodynamics, and treatment safety were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), and pulsatility index (PI) of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the PSV, EDV, and PI of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The resistance index (RI) of the two groups was lower than before treatment, and the RI of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The effect of Huoxue Huayu Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and pressing on unstable angina pectoris after coronary stenting is remarkable, which can improve the symptoms and coronary hemodynamics of patients with good safety.
