积极心理团体辅导在精神障碍护理教学中的应用

摘要目的研究积极心理团体辅导在精神障碍护理教学中的应用效果。方法 2022年9月至12月，选取四川卫生康复职业学院2021级三年专科护理201名学生为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组100名和对照组101名。对照组采用常规教学授课，试验组按照常规教学与课外积极心理团体辅导相结合的方式教学。比较两组课堂测试、理论考试成绩及综合能力提升状况。结果对照组辅导前后综合能力各项评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），试验组沟通互动、主动学习、思维创新、团队合作、人文关怀、综合护理得分高于辅导前，且高于对照组辅导后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组随堂测验、期中测验、期末测验得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论积极心理团体辅导能够显著提升护生的综合素养，提高课业成绩，增强精神障碍护理的教学效果。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological group counseling in nursing teaching of mental disorders. Methods From September to December 2022, a total of 201 three-year junior nursing students from Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation, Grade 2021, were selected as the research objects and divided into 100 students in the experimental group and 101 students in the control group by random number table method. The control group was taught by conventional teaching, and the experimental group was taught by combining conventional teaching with extracurricular positive psychological group counseling. The results of classroom tests, theoretical exams, and comprehensive ability improvement of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of comprehensive ability of the control group before and after tutoring (P＞0.05). After tutoring, scores of communication interaction, active learning, thinking innovation, teamwork, humanistic care, and comprehensive nursing in experimental group were higher than those before tutoring, while higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of in-class test, mid-term test, and final test of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological group counseling can significantly improve the comprehensive literacy of nursing students, improve academic performance, and enhance the teaching effect of nursing for mental disorders.
