Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing on mental stress state, nutritional index, and limb function recovery of stroke patients. Methods A total of 128 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation, the Fourth Hospital of Changsha, Hunan Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine rehabilitation nursing intervention countermeasures, and the experimental group implemented continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention countermeasures on the basis of the control group, before intervention and four weeks after intervention, the mental stress state, nutritional index, and limb function recovery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After four weeks of intervention, the positive experience scores of both groups were higher than those of before intervention, while the negative experience scores were lower than those of before intervention, and the score of positive experience in experimental group was higher than that in control group, while the score of negative experience was lower than that in control group (P<0.05); comprehensive nutritional status of experimental group was better than that of control group (P<0.05); neurologic deficit scores (NDS) of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and simple mental state examination scale (MMSE) score was higher than those before intervention, and NDS score of experimental group was lower than control group, MMSE score was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the subjective well-being of stroke patients, improve the nutritional status of the body and enhance limb function.
