Application value of the health education guidance mode of business process reengineering in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for gallstones

Abstract：Objective To exploration of the application value of the health education guidance mode of business process reengineering（BPR） in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for gallstones. Methods A total of 91 patients with gallstones admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People’s Hospital from January to November 2021 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in control group and 45 cases in observation group. The control group received routine nursing and health education, and the observation group received routine nursing and BPR health education guidance mode. The perioperative stress reaction and postoperative rehabilitation were observed in the two groups. Results In the control group, one case was eliminated due to the worong indes detection results. The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups, time point and interaction comparison (P＜0.05). Further pairwise comparison, intra-group comparison: comparison of heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups at various time points during perioperative period, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); comparison between groups: the heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 h before surgery, 15 min during surgery, and 1 h after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The time of moving out of bed, anal exhaust time, and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion BPR health education guidance model can reduce the perioperative stress reaction and accelerate the postoperative physical recovery.
