Abstract：It is particularly important for national and social development to cultivate young traditional Chinese medicine clinical talents with noble medical ethics, because young doctors bear the future of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the training of young doctors, and discusses the practical value of integrating the “Luoyang orthopedic traditional Chinese medicine spirit” into the training of young doctors, which is conducive to guiding young doctors to build a modern personality, establish a noble career pursuit, and cultivate a sense of integrity and innovation. At the same time, based on social cognitive theory, this paper proposes specific integration paths such as changing self-efficacy, strengthening behavior practice and shaping cultural environment, which expands new ideas and methods for effectively improving the professional qualities of young doctors.
