New thinking on strengthening archives management and promoting hospital culture construction

Abstract：Hospital culture is the basis of the core competitiveness of the hospital, which is a booster to improve the cohesion of the hospital and empower the high-quality development of the hospital. The construction of hospital culture is a vital job for the current constant development of the hospital. The relationship between the archive management and the cultural construction of the hospital has been interpreted, and the positive rule of archive management on the cultural construction of the hospital has been discussed in the paper via the analysis of the new connotation of the cultural construction of the hospital. It has proposed that the archive management of the hospital is an important part of the cultural construction in the hospital, the methods and paths to innovate the archive management in the hospital has been proposed targeted.
