Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cloud online terminal rehabilitation guidance on patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 200 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into experimental group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases) according to random number table method. Cardiac function indexes and score of coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale were compared between the two groups before intervention and after three months of intervention. The 6-minute walking distance before intervention and after three, six months of intervention were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse events and re-hospitalization in the two groups were recorded. Results After three months of intervention, cardiac output, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter (LVEDD), in both groups were higher than those before intervention, while mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate was lower than that before intervention, the cardiac output, LVEF, and LVEDD of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, while the MAP was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance of the two groups after three and six months of intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of after six months of intervention was higher than that of three months after intervention, the 6-minute walking distance of the experimental group at after of three and six months intervention was higher than that of the control group at the same time points (P<0.05). After three months of intervention, the scores of daily life, social emotion, medical disease management behavior, and total scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the experimental group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events and readmission rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The used of cloud online terminal rehabilitation guidance for rehabilitation management of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can significantly improve the their heart function and exercise endurance, improve their self-management ability, and with high safety.
