Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of progressive evidence-based nursing exercise of affected extremity on rehabilitation of patients after breast cancer Surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University for breast cancer surgery from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with progressive evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Posterior shoulder range of motion, upper limb function’ and infection were compared at 24 h and two weeks after surgery between the two groups. Results Two weeks after surgery, the shoulder joint activity and upper limb function scores of the two groups were higher than those at 24 h after surgery, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The infection rate of the affected limb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive evidence-based nursing exercise of affected extremity can improve the degree of shoulder joint activity and reduce the risk of infection.
