Abstract：Wind pathogen is known as the first of the six climatic exopathogens, and is the most important cause of the occurrence of external contraction disease, as well as an important factor that induces IgA nephropathy and affects the prognosis and regression of IgA nephropathy. Modern Chinese medicine practitioners combined IgA nephropathy as a process in which wind pathogen invades the body, causing an external contraction disease and inducing infection with western mucosal immunity, explain that external wind pathogen is a key link in the progression of the disease. In the treatment of IgA nephropathy, the use of wind dispelling drugs to draw out the pathogen, in order to achieve twice the effect with half the effort, and the prevention and treatment of wind pathogen is an important treatment idea in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. In this paper, based on the relationship between wind pathogen, mucosal immunity and IgA nephropathy, exploring from the perspective of wind pathogen, preventing and eliminating external contraction evil through the method of dispelling wind and releasing the exterior. And in order to achieve the goal of preventing and improving IgA nephropathy.
