Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge is the treasure of the Chinese nation and plays a huge role in preventing and treating diseases and improving health, it must be protected. At present, there are some problems in the protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, especially inheritance and protection. The problems of inheritance are mainly manifested in the aging of inheritors and the shortage of successors. The protection problems are mainly manifested in the emphasis on the protection of material carrier, economic value and cultural value, the neglect of the protection of medical value and folk traditional Chinese medicine, and the use of modern intellectual property rights system to protect traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. The current protection measures of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge do not fully comply with the development rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, and have many disadvantages, resulting in a lot of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge can not be better protected and inherited, on the verge of extinction. Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge has the characteristics of inheritance and vitality, which is the basis for the continuous development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge from generation to generation. The protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge must be carried out around this feature, so as to achieve better protection. Based on the vitality and inheritance characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, this study explores how to better protect traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and puts forward opinions and suggestions, aiming to provide certain reference and reference value for the better development of traditional Chinese medicine.
