| Enrollment and cultivation mode in neurological postgraduate students of scientific degree |

Abstract The requirement of training high-quality innovative talents in our medical education is proposed under new situation. The cultivation of postgraduate students is the most important step and pathway of medical education. With the rapid development of neurological specialty, medical postgraduate students not only need improve their clinical skills, but also have higher academic attainments in a special field of study. Therefore, a new task about enrollment and cultivation mode in neurological postgraduate students of scientific degree is worth exploring. This paper analyzes the present situation of enrollment and cultivation mode in postgraduate students, and mainly put forward the constructive reform programmes for the postgraduate students of scientific degree.
