肠易激综合征发病机制及中医药干预作用的研究进展

Abstract Irritable bowel syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disease. Its pathogenesis is complex and still unclear, which may be related to visceral hypersensitivity, gut-brain axis abnormal interaction, intestinal flora, psychology, genetics and other factors. At present, conventional treatment is mainly used to improve the quality of life, and its effect is limited. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has played a unique advantage in improving clinical symptoms, reducing adverse reactions, controlling recurrence rate and so on, and has achieved good curative effect. Two aspects of pathogenesis and intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine on irritable bowel syndrome is summarized in this article.
