Abstract Moxibustion therapy, as one of the unique therapies in traditional Chinese medicine, has a two-way benign regulation effect on human immune function. Immune-related diseases include immune-related diseases and diseases closely related to immunity. And immune disease refers to the disease caused by the imbalance of immune regulation of the body, which affects the immune response of the body. In this paper, the application of moxibustion in immune-related diseases in recent five years is discussed, and it is divided into autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, immunodeficiency diseases and other diseases with immunodeficiency manifestations from three aspects of immunohyperactivity, immunodeficiency and immunodeficiency. The clinical symptoms of patients with cancer, chronic glomerulonephritis and primary kidney disease, AIDS, ankylosing spondylitis are reviewed.
