| SWOT analysis of “Internet +” pension model under the background of aging population |

Abstract As the effects of aging population become more serious，the traditional pension model unable to content the expectations of the new era. Develope the “Internet +” pension model will be a feasible way to solve the problem about China′s aging population. This paper through SWOT analysis, sorts out the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of “Internet +” pension mode. And it also puts forward measures to speed up the implementation of policies, pilot the reform of the old-age care model, unify the standards for the smart old-age care industry, strengthen network security, standardize nursing education, improve the job access mechanism for nursing workers, and strengthen spiritual care for the elderly.
