Application of systematic teaching model in clinical teaching of nurses in the department of rehabilitation |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of the systematic teaching mode in the clinical teaching of nurses in rehabilitation department. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to select 30 nurses in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, West China Hospital, Sichuan University (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from September to December 2018 (control group) and 30 nurses in our hospital from march to June 2019 (observation group) as study subjects. The routine teaching mode was adopted in the control group and the observation group was systematically taught on the basis of the control group. The examination results, satisfaction and post competency of the two groups were compared at the end of the course. Results Examination results, satisfaction and post competency of nurses in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The systematic teaching mode can improve the examination results, satisfaction and post competence of clinical nursing, and it's worthy of further promotion.
