Abstract Fine management is not only a management method, but also a modern management concept. The application in the hospital connotation development is to establish the predetermined result achieved in a certain period of time by according the external environment and internal conditions, and to develop the overall goal, and it needs some method for realizing the goal of organization, incentive, control and inspection. The connotation development mode of Beijing Children′s Hospital asked for improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources and reducing the burden of patients. This paper firstly introduces the meaning of fine management, expounds the practical meaning of implementing large-scale hospital fine management, discusses the fine management system of large-scale hospital model, puts forward based on the connotation of fine management leveraging development measures. The outstanding professional construction is a prerequisite for fine management, strengthening the construction of information technology is an effective means of meticulous management, establishment of "quantitative" management culture is the only way which must be passed of fine management, building quality culture is the fine management to upgrade security, and helping implement grading diagnosis and treatment is the innovation of fine management.
