| The application of medical care integration in elderly patients with hip fracture |

Abstract Objective To explore the effects of medical care integration in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods From August 2012 to August 2016, 1200 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Meishan City were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by different intervention model, with 600 cases in each group. The scores of nursing quality, the excellent and good rate of hip function, the clinical treatment effects and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of diagnostic information mastery, nursing operation, professional nursing knowledge, medical and nursing measures implementation in the observation group were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip function in the observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The protein reached the normal value time, indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time, the leaving bed time were all shorter than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). There was no complication occurred in the observation group and the incidence of complications in the control group was 6.1%. Conclusion The medical care integration can promote the recovery of hip function and the clinical treatment effects in elderly patients with hip fracture, improve the nursing quality, reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of promotion and application.
