Abstract Heat invading blood chamber is a common clinical syndrome. At present, the research on heat invading blood chamber mainly focuses on the specific parts of “blood chamber”, which is controversial. However, the research on heat invading blood chamber is relatively less, and the existing research has many theoretical levels. For the specific clinical application of heat invading blood chamber, the normative indications are not clear enough, and there is no corresponding medical record or clinical research support. In this paper, the heat invading blood chamber formula and drug system as the research object, from the heat invading blood chamber theory source, high incidence population and the characteristics of the onset time, clinical characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles, specific treatment and prognosis judgment six aspects, the heat invading blood chamber formula and drug system analysis, clear its theoretical characteristics, standardize its clinical application indications, and high incidence in young and middle-aged women based on the clinical characteristics and treatment status of recurrent urinary tract infection in women. This paper discusses the correlation between the two, and expounds the key points of diagnosis and treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection in women by using the heat invading blood chamber, and standardizes its clinical application.
